At Eurisko! we believe that everyone has intrinsic worth regardless of their perceived or identified physical, sexual, gender, socio-economic, socio-political or religious characteristics. Each person is a cultural being and espouses a set of values and beliefs based on their geography and family dynamics. Additionally, each person lives in community with others who are also cultural beings, having their own set of values and beliefs. Therefore, engaging and living in community means that we are all called to be culturally infusive. Career professionals are especially expected to be leaders and models of cultural competency and community integration.

Our approach to Cultural Competency Training (often referred to as Diversity Training) is to help individuals  to see themselves as cultural beings with a set of values, beliefs, strengths and biases and teach them how to engage with others in a way that fosters mutual understanding and creates a workplace culture that is productive and thriving.

Our training centers around five core principles which include: (1) awareness, (2) understanding, (3) equity, (4) access, and (5) inclusion.
